A message from Artistic Director Tania Frazer:
The annual Bangalow Music Festival (BMF), owned, operated and presented by Southern Cross Soloists, is a major event in the Australian arts calendar. In 2022, SXS will host the 19th edition of BMF. The Festival maintains a strong tradition of presenting world-class chamber music performances. Set against the beautiful backdrop of the northern New South Wales hinterland, each year the Festival brings a top line-up of classical musicians to Bangalow’s acoustically enchanting A&I Hall. Breathtaking scenery, local food artisans and world class music are all part of the Bangalow Music Festival experience. It is no wonder that audiences return year after year to experience everything the Festival has to offer. With the concert programs carefully crafted by Artistic Director Tania Frazer, as well as community and education events, the Bangalow Music Festival has something to suit all tastes. The 2022 program will feature Maps and Journeys: the world’s first astronomers in a fascinating exploration of our First Nation’s rich astronomical traditions, supported by Festivals Australia. Early Bird tickets will go on sale on Friday 14 January, 2022
We sincerely thank you for your support and hope to see you in Bangalow.
