What is a Subscription Package?

You can purchase a Platinum subscription which allows you to choose your own seat for the nine concerts or a General subscription which reserves your seat for the nine concerts. Subscription packages offer significant savings over single concert prices.

 

When will I know what seat has been allocated?

If you purchase a Platinum subscription, you will know straight away as you choose your seat via the Queensland Theatre ticketing site. General subscription buyers will be allocated their seats by the ticketing team prior to the single tickets being allocated. If you wish to know your seat before the Festival and have not requested your tickets to be posted out, please contact us via email This email address is being protected from spambots. When will I receive my tickets?

You have the option of choosing Box Office collection at the Festival, picking up your tickets in person at Queensland Theatre offices, 78 Montague Road, South Brisbane after 1 July, 2019 or for a small fee tickets can be posted out to your address.

 

What are the ticket types and prices?

  Regular
Platinum subscription – choose your own seat $499

Group subscriptions - for groups of 6+ $370

Can I sit with my other subscriber friends?

Absolutely. If you would like to sit with your friends you must book together or contact us to discuss available seats close to your friends. While this cannot be guaranteed we will endeavour to seat all ticket buyers according to preferences. 

 

Can I change my seats once they are booked?

If other seats are available to exchange into, an exchange fee of $3.50 (including GST) will apply.

 

What if I lose my tickets?

We will reprint your tickets for you if you misplace them. Just call us on 07 3844 7260.

 

What is the policy on refunds?

All sales for Bangalow Music Festival (subscription and single ticket sales) are final and refunds are not available once a booking has been received and processed, except as provided for in the Live Performance Australia Code of Practice for the Ticketing of Live Events in Australia. What if I miss a performance?

If you miss a booked performance or fail to get an exchange on time, you can purchase a replacement ticket for another Festival concert at a special price of $35 per ticket (subject to availability).
