Southern Cross Soloists have great pleasure in introducing you to the first of our international series of CDs, Russia. Former SxS member Peter Luff perfected a dynamic arrangement of Moussorgsky’s classic Pictures at an Exhibition. We thank him very much for undertaking this huge task. One always associates Russian music with rhythmic drive and exquisite melody and this disc has plenty of both. Our only disappointment is that Peter would not let us call the disc… “From Russia With Luff”.
